Testimonial from Kaethe Losefsky, Kaethe.fit
Hi, I'm Kath! I edit your episodes, run your socials and email, and book your guests. You record. Your show grows.
You record, I handle everything after. Out on time, every week.
One episode becomes a week of Reels, Shorts, and carousels. New listeners find you between episodes.
Newsletters people actually open. One podcast client hit a 65% open rate.
"When I met Kath and hired her, she truly helped my business grow to making $25,000 per month. I could not have done it without her help. She is just truly amazing."
"Kath was an absolutely amazing addition for our organization. She handled several social media accounts, took care of posting, engagement, and grew our following significantly."

No pressure. Just a conversation.
Based in the Philippines, working with clients across the globe.
I was a Human Ecology undergraduate at UPLB, expecting a baby, and had zero income. But I had one thing going for me: I'm stubborn. I spent every free moment watching self-help videos on how to earn from home, how to be a mom, how to just be an adult. I used to think working from home was something only a lucky few could do. I was determined to be one of them.
What saved me were skills I had completely underestimated. Editing. Design. Storytelling. I never thought of myself as creative. But I started doing the unfamiliar and kept going even when I didn't know what to expect, until I slowly discovered that this is exactly what I want to do.
Six years later, I've worked with 30+ clients across the US, Canada, UK, Dubai, and Singapore in coaching, media, real estate, and e-commerce. Most of them are repeat, long-term partners. I built the kind of career I once thought only other people got to have.
Then podcasts found me. And I fell hard. Because a podcast is one of the most human things on the internet. A labor of love, a person sharing everything they know, showing up week after week for an audience that genuinely wants to listen. That deserves to be treated like the real work it is.
So I built Hiraya Digital around one idea: you focus on the conversation, I'll handle everything else.
Every decision filtered through one question: does this help your show grow and your life get easier?
Consistency is the real superpower in podcasting. Episodes go out on schedule, full stop.
I track what works and adjust. Subject lines, thumbnail styles, post timing. Results over effort.
You'll always know what's happening. No ghosting, no vague updates.
My best clients are long-term partners. I learn your voice, your audience, and your goals deeply.
The thumbnail that stops the scroll. The subject line that gets opened. The small stuff is where the work really lives.

Pick one service or hand me the whole thing. Your show grows either way.

For coach-podcasters. I send 100 to 150 DMs a day and book 1 to 4 sales calls on your calendar.

Not sure which services you need? Most clients start with Episode Production and add Social Media Repurposing once they see the workflow. Book a free discovery call and we'll figure out the right fit together.

30 minutes, no pitch, no pressure. Just an honest conversation about your show.
That's exactly what the discovery call is for. We'll talk about where your podcast is now, what's taking up your time, and whether I'm the right person to help. No commitment required.
Choose a time that works for you and I'll send a confirmation with everything you need.
Both. Whether you're launching or have 200 episodes out, the workflow I build is tailored to where you are now.
Typically 48 to 72 hours from receiving the raw file. For weekly shows we set a consistent delivery schedule.
Both. Ongoing retainers are the most popular because consistency is where podcasts grow, but one-off projects are fine too.
I'm based in the Philippines (PHT, UTC+8) but work asynchronously with clients in the US, Canada, UK, Dubai, and Singapore without any issues.
Usually Slack or email, with a shared project management tool so you always know what's happening and what's coming next.
Yes, and that's the most common setup. Many clients hand me the entire post-recording workflow: editing, show notes, social, email, and guest booking.
